I would like to inform you that, due to an oversight, the service for reviewing notarial deeds, prepared for the implementation of the activity resulting from Lp. 5 of Table 16 of the Appendix to the Surveying and Cartographic Law, i.e.
making available for review collections of notarial deeds, as well as court decisions and administrative decisions which are the basis for entries in the land and building registry, to entities which are authorized to review such collections under separate regulations
under which access in the form of viewing is subject to
a set of documents, relating to one registration unit, made available for a period of up to 4 hours
Having diagnosed the cause of the problems signaled by you in the use of this functionality of the PZGiK Portal, the rights of registered users were immediately supplemented.
Therefore, I invite you again to use the full range of e-services implemented for you, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience so far.
