Dear surveying contractors!
I hereby inform you that in the Department of Geodesy and Cartography, with the participation of the contractor for geodetic works concerning the establishment of the district GESUT database, activities related to the editing of the content of the base map are in progress in order to improve the visualisation of the descriptions of the GESUT database objects (removal of redundant labels, removal of collisions between labels). In parallel, work on the correction of the GESUT database objects leading to the removal of topological defects resulting from the modernisation of the land and building register completed in 2022 (updating the geometry of buildings) in areas affected by mining damage is in progress. It is therefore recommended that you re-download the current GML “to be modified” files before preparing your own “to be modified” GML files.
I kindly ask you to immediately notify the local ODGiK in writing to the email address portalpzgik@um.jastrzebie.pl if you notice any significant irregularities in the district GESUT database within the boundaries of the submitted geodetic works. We will make every effort to clarify the reported comments as soon as possible.
