Dear surveying contractors!
I would like to ask you to provide as soon as possible information about the payment of the fee for the provision of resource materials in connection with the notification of works or their completion. Failure to provide confirmation of the transfer immediately after it is made prevents the operator of the PZGiK system from making available a set of resource materials necessary for the reported work, but also causes the system to record an unnecessary delay in processing the application. The period between the date of actual payment and the release of materials constitutes for the PZGiK system the time for processing the application, the maximum value of which is regulated in Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Geodetic and Cartographic Law and is 5 working days. The lack of information on your part causes unnecessary difficulties in the work of the PZGiK system operator, who has to seek by various means to document the fee, and at the same time disturbs the statistical data on the timeliness of the implementation of ODGiK tasks, regularly monitored by supervisory authorities.
Therefore, I ask you to immediately transmit confirmation of payment through the communicator in the Surveying Contractor Portal, and above all to use the convenient online payment Paybynet, which ensures automatic and immediate recording of the payment and immediate response of the PZGiK system operator.
