I would like to inform you that the announcement of the Mayor of the City of Jastrzębie-Zdrój on completion of the modernisation of the land and building registration in the cadastral unit M. Jastrzębie-Zdrój was published in the Official Journal of the Śląskie Voivodship on 03.08.2022.
The announcement states that as of 5 July 2022, the data covered by the modernisation of the land and building registration in the M. Jastrzębie-Zdrój cadastral unit contained in the draft descriptive and cartographic survey, which was subject to display for inspection by the parties to the proceedings in the period 26.05-15.06.2022, became the binding data of the land and building registration. This date is binding by operation of law, notwithstanding that the changes to the EGiB database were made on 26.07.2022.
In view of the above, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that in surveying works submitted before 26.07.2022, in which the subject of the study or the content of the materials for the ordering party is registered data, the updated EGiB database must be downloaded and used for the submitted work. Submitted technical reports will be verified in detail in this respect.
