– Deadline for submitting objections to egib modernisation nears

We would like to remind you that the deadline for filing objections to the modernised land and building registration data expires on 02.09.2022. The 30-day deadline started running on 03.08.2022, when the announcement of the Mayor of the City of Jastrzębie-Zdrój on the modernisation of the land and building registration in the cadastral unit of M. Jastrzębie-Zdrój was published in the Official Journal of the Silesian Voivodeship.
The objection may be lodged by anyone whose legal interests are affected by the data contained in the land and building registration as disclosed in the descriptive and cartographic reports.
The updated land use and building registers may be viewed, inter alia, at the Internet City Plan under the Land and Building Register profile. We encourage you to thoroughly familiarise yourself with this data, and in case of any doubts, please contact the Department of Geodesy and Cartography (tel. 32 4785278) to obtain the necessary clarifications before filing a possible allegation.
Allegations submitted to the Mayor of the City of Jastrzębie-Zdrój must be made in writing, contain the address data of the person submitting the allegation, his/her handwritten or electronic signature and justification. The Mayor of the City of Jastrzębie-Zdrój will decide whether to accept or reject the allegations by way of an administrative decision.
Allegations filed after 02.09.2022 will be treated as applications for amendment of the data included in the land and building register on general principles, which may involve the cost of surveying services on the part of the applicant.
